What is the No Batidão trend?

"NO BATIDÃO" is a Brazilian phonk track by ZXKAI and slxughter, released on September 5, 2025. It went to No. 1 on Germany's dance chart, reached No. 28 on the Billboard Global 200 and was certified Gold in the US, and a slowed and remix EP followed in January 2026.

The dance took off on TikTok in January 2026. The biggest post, a split-screen of the same dancer doing a calm "home" version and a full-out "public" version, passed 38 million views, and covers, tutorials and dance-contest entries kept #nobatidao at more than 2 billion views through the spring. It is still one of the most-used phonk sounds for dance videos.

The clip on this page is by @im.chanieme, posted on January 16, 2026: the left "home" half of that split-screen, cropped to the single dancer, with the original sound. On AI Dance, the template copies the moves onto your own photo: your face, clothes and background stay, and your body follows the dance beat by beat.

The moves

A sharp phonk solo: a low wide squat with the hands at the knees, quick arm cuts across the body, a hand swipe past the face, both arms flung up into a high pose, a hip pop to the side, a hair whip on the drop and a strong wide stance to finish.

Best photo for No Batidão

The photo decides most of the result. These tips are for this dance.

Works well

Use a full-body photo, standing, facing the camera, with your feet in the frame.
Leave space around you: the dance has deep squats and wide arm cuts.
A matching tracksuit or loose trousers look closest to the original clip.
A plain wall or an empty room with even light works best.
One person per photo. The AI animates the biggest person in the frame.

Gives weak results

Group photos, or a second person cut off at the edge
Faces turned away, covered or in deep shadow
Blurry or very dark photos
Heavy filters, stickers or text on the photo

Post it on TikTok, Reels or Shorts

Your video comes with the dance's music. To use the official sound or another one, turn the original sound down when you post. Add "NO BATIDÃO" by ZXKAI and slxughter in TikTok or Reels.
Start the video on the first drop, where the squats come in.
Use the trend tags people search for: #nobatidao, #nobatidaochallenge and #phonk.
Name the dance in your caption, so people searching for it find your video.

Add NO BATIDÃO by ZXKAI and slxughter from the sound library of the app you post to, so your video uses the official track.
