# Terms of service > By using AI Dance you agree to these terms. Use only photos you have the right to use, keep to the content rules, and know that a failed video gives its credits back. These terms are an agreement between you and Applax Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") about your use of AI Dance: the website at aidanceapp.com (also open at danceaiapp.com) and the "AI Dance Video - Baby Dancing" apps (together, the "Service"). Our [privacy policy](https://aidanceapp.com/privacy) is part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. ## 1. Who can use the Service You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian. ## 2. What the Service does AI Dance turns a photo into a short AI dance video based on a template you choose. Results are made by AI and vary from one video to the next: a video may not look exactly like the person or animal in the photo, and some videos fail. ## 3. Accounts You can start as a guest and sign in with Google later. Keep your Google account secure: you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once at [support@danceaiapp.com](mailto:support@danceaiapp.com) if you think someone else is using it. ## 4. Credits, payments and refunds - Prices are shown on the [pricing page](https://aidanceapp.com/pricing) in US dollars. Payments on the website are processed by Stripe; payments in the apps are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. - You spend credits to make videos. Each template shows its price in credits before you make a video. - **A failed video gives its credits back** automatically. - The weekly plan renews every week at the price shown until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan then stops at the end of the week you already paid for. - Credits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. - **Invite rewards.** When friends join with your invite link and sign in with Google, you get 1 credit for every 3 of them, up to 10 times. A friend counts only with a new account and an email address that never counted before, and you cannot invite yourself. We can change or end the invite program at any time, and we can remove credits gained by misuse. - If something went wrong with a purchase, write to [support@danceaiapp.com](mailto:support@danceaiapp.com). We look at every request. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law where you live. ## 5. Your photos and your permission You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store them, process them and send them to our AI providers, only to make your videos and run the Service. You confirm that you own each photo or have the right to use it, and that every person in it (or a parent or guardian, for a child) agrees to it being used to make an AI video. ## 6. Content rules You may not upload or create content that: - contains nudity, sexual content or sexualises anyone, and never anything that sexualises a minor; - shows a person without their consent, or is meant to deceive, impersonate, bully or harass; - contains hate speech, threats, violence or illegal activity; - infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. You also may not attack, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the Service, create accounts in bulk, or resell it without our written consent. We may refuse to make a video, remove content, and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Credits spent on content that breaks these rules are not returned. ## 7. Your videos You may download your videos and share them, for example on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, for personal use. Follow the rules of the platform you post on, including its rules for labelling AI-made content. Do not present an AI video as real footage in a way that could mislead or harm anyone. ## 8. Our rights The Service, the templates, the examples, the software and the AI Dance brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them except to use the Service. ## 9. Availability and changes We work to keep the Service running, but it may be unavailable at times for maintenance, technical problems or reasons outside our control. We may change, add or remove features and templates. ## 10. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms, including that results will meet your expectations or that the Service will work without errors. ## 11. Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. ## 12. Indemnity If you break these terms or the law, or infringe someone else's rights, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows. ## 13. Ending your use You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account at [support@danceaiapp.com](mailto:support@danceaiapp.com). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or for security reasons. ## 14. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where Applax Pte. Ltd. is registered. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there. ## 15. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you on the website or in the app before they apply. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply. ## 16. App stores If you use the apps, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service, but they are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You must also follow the rules of the app store you use. ## 17.
