"Wipe Me Down" is a Baton Rouge rap song by Foxx featuring Lil Boosie and Webbie, released in January 2007 on *Trill Entertainment Presents: Survival of the Fittest*. It reached number 38 on the Billboard Hot 100 that year, and its hook has been a dance-floor staple in Louisiana ever since. In August and September 2026 the song came back on TikTok as a dance. A run of "what's bro doing" videos from Louisiana creators, where friends burst into a stomping, knee-bending bounce in a bathroom or a back yard, reached millions of views each. On October 1, 2026, a costume video by @clivecheckingin passed 14 million views, and the dance spread from there: by mid-October #wipeitdown had passed 12 billion views, and CapCut and AI video sites had made it a template. The clip on this page is by @ladyinredai, a solo take in a red dress filmed in a kitchen, with more than 5 million views. On AI Dance, the template copies her moves onto your own photo. Your face, clothes and background stay, and your body follows the bounce beat by beat. ### The moves A low, bouncy groove: knees bent and loose, the body leans forward toward the camera, then the dancer bounces on the spot while the hands flick and brush down toward the floor on each beat, with quick knee swings in and out, a short stomp, and the shoulders rolling with the bounce. ## How to make the Wipe Me Down video 1. **Add your photo.** Upload one clear photo of you or a friend, facing the camera, as much of the body in the frame as you can. 2. **Tap Make my video.** The Wipe Me Down dance costs 1 credit. The AI copies the moves onto your photo while you wait, about a few minutes. 3. **Download and post.** You get a 11 second 9:16 MP4. Post it on TikTok, Reels or Shorts and add the sound inside the app. ## Best photo for Wipe Me Down - Use a full-body photo, standing, facing the camera, with your feet in the frame. - Leave space above and below you: the dance bends low, so the whole body has to fit. - Fitted clothes or a short dress show the knee swings better than baggy trousers. - A plain room or kitchen works well, like the original clip. - One person per photo. The AI animates the biggest person in the frame. Avoid: - Group photos, or a second person cut off at the edge - Faces turned away, covered or in deep shadow - Blurry or very dark photos - Heavy filters, stickers or text on the photo ## Post it on TikTok, Reels or Shorts - Your video comes without music. Add "Wipe Me Down" in TikTok or Reels and start the bounce on the hook. - Make a 'what's bro doing' version: film a friend reacting, then cut to your AI dance. - Try it in a costume for Halloween; the trend is still rising in October. - Name the dance in your caption, so people searching for it find your video. Caption idea: Had to try this one.
