"Babydoll" is a song by the Welsh singer Jamie Miller, released on August 7, 2026 after he teased snippets on TikTok from late July. Miller posted videos of himself two-stepping to it, and the dance took off when actors and singers joined in, from Jennifer Love Hewitt to Meghan Trainor, as Yahoo reported on August 28, 2026. Through September and October the trend moved to families and couples: parents, in-laws and whole households filming the dance in their living rooms, with #babydolldance posts regularly passing 400,000 views. Miller brought the song to the Hoboken waterfront in September 2026 to dance it with fans. The clip on this page is by @emilyscottjames, who danced it in the middle of a leafy street with more than half a million views. On AI Dance, the template copies her moves onto your own photo. Your face, clothes and background stay, and your body follows the steps beat by beat. ### The moves A happy, bouncy two-step: side steps with the knees soft, a kick out to the side with the arms open wide, a little hop, a hand-to-sunglasses pose, a quick spin, then wide lunges side to side with the arms swinging and a big open-arm finish. ## How to make the Babydoll video 1. **Add your photo.** Upload one clear photo of you or a friend, facing the camera, as much of the body in the frame as you can. 2. **Tap Make my video.** The Babydoll dance costs 1 credit. The AI animates the biggest person in the frame. Avoid: - Group photos, or a second person cut off at the edge - Faces turned away, covered or in deep shadow - Blurry or very dark photos - Heavy filters, stickers or text on the photo ## Post it on TikTok, Reels or Shorts - Your video comes without music. Add "Babydoll" by Jamie Miller in TikTok or Reels and start on the chorus. - Make one of your mom, dad or grandparent: the family versions are the most shared. - Post a couple version by making one video for each of you and putting them side by side. - Name the dance in your caption, so people searching for it find your video. Caption idea: Can't stop, won't stop doing this dance.
